S or X
Strada S is the analog machine. A proportional steam valve with lever-style activation, auto-volumetric dosing, drip tray scales optional. 2, 3 and 4 group.
Strada X adds paddle-based profile control with three brewing modes: manual on the paddle between 0 and 12 bars, profile brewing, and auto-volumetric to a target weight at consistent pressure. Mass-based profiling with integrated scales, and Smart Saturation preinfusion that watches flow rate rather than running a timer. 1, 2 and 3 group.

Water analysis is required before installation, and drain requirements vary by municipality. We handle both as part of the install.
