Dolce Neve staffs highly qualified beverage equipment technicians serving Northern California — with field service, in-house repairs at our Petaluma Service Center, and 24/7 emergency phone support.

For customers outside our direct service area, we coordinate through a trusted partner network.


Preventative Maintenance Programs

Equipment downtime is lost revenue. Dolce Neve builds customized preventative maintenance and water filtration programs around your operation — so your equipment runs when you need it to.

Service Response

Customers on an annual service contract receive priority response times. For all customers:

  • Emergency service requests: response within 4 hours
  • Routine service requests: response within 48 hours

Due to high demand, our current service times are running a bit longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to get you taken care of as quickly as possible.


Service Rates

  • Regular: $155/hr — one hour minimum, billed in 15-minute increments thereafter
  • After Hours: $232.50/hr
  • Holidays: $310/hr (federally observed)

Travel billed separately at current IRS mileage rates.


Equipment on Loan

In the event of a catastrophic equipment failure, Dolce Neve can place a comparable loaner on-site while your equipment is repaired or replaced — minimizing downtime for your operation. Installation, removal, and daily rental fees apply.


Warranty

All service work, parts, and travel carry a 30-day warranty. Defective parts will be exchanged or repaired within 30 days of installation at no additional labor or travel charge.
