espresso machines & grinders returns
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your espresso machine or grinder
Espresso machines and grinders must be in new/ unused, sellable condition, and in original packaging
We facilitate the pick-up and return of all espresso machines and grinders. In some cases, we will provide UPS return labels for grinders.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the original purchase price for all espresso machines & grinders.
If returning parts & accessories associated with your espresso machine or grinder order, please contact us at info@dolceneve.com
Once processed, refunds can take up to a week for your bank to generate in your account
Outside of warranty related issues, we reserve the right to a 20% restocking fee

parts & accessories returns
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your parts and accessories order
Items must be unused and in original packaging in order to receive a full refund
To initiate a return for parts & accessories orders, please email info@dolceneve.com.
Once processed, refunds can take up to a week for your bank to generate in your account
Any used parts and accessories returned will be resent back to the original shipping address
Contact info@dolceneve.com with your original order number and RMA number if you need a replacement return label for your parts & accessories.
