The mid-size conical. Mazzer moved this one to 69 mm burrs with a new high-torque motor, which roughly doubled its speed over the previous generation.
Stepless micrometric adjustment with a numbered calibration ring, so you can set a zero point where the burrs touch and return to it. Works with a portafilter or the optional magnetic dosing cup for hands-free grinding.

If you are comparing spec sheets, note this. Some US listings still show this grinder at 63 mm and 450 W. Those are the previous generation. Mazzer's own literature states the burrs went from 63 to 69 mm with a new motor. The figures above are current.
