The Swift grinds, doses and tamps in one motion. Set the portafilter in the cradle, press once, and it delivers a volumetric dose into the basket and tamps it level. The coffee bed comes out the same every time, whoever is on bar, with nothing to knock out or sweep up.
Two 4 lbs hoppers let one grinder run two coffees. The 64 mm flat ceramic burrs keep heat buildup low through a long shift, which is why the Swift is built for high-volume bars where consistency from barista to barista matters most. It also takes the repetitive tamping motion off the barista's wrist.
It works with every La Marzocco espresso machine, but not with Strada or Advanced Precision baskets. Custom colors are available, and there is a drain tray.
