The Vulcano is a La Marzocco body around a Mazzer 63 mm conical burr set. The design follows the 1960s grinder drawn by La Marzocco co-founder Giuseppe Bambi; the grinding is Mazzer's, with stepless adjustment.
La Marzocco describes three versions.
Three versions
Vulcano Swift carries La Marzocco's Swift grind, dose and tamp technology, repeating the dose to within a fraction of a gram, with grind and dose adjustments that are simple to reach.
Vulcano Doser collects grinds in a doser chamber and delivers a consistent single dose with each pull of the paddle.
Vulcano Electronic doses on demand with programmable single, double and manual settings, and a funnel that puts the grinds in the center of the basket.
