The successor to the long-running Ditting 804, built for shop grinding and retail bag service. 80 mm burrs, a bag clamping lever with knocker, and a shaker plate that settles the grounds as they fall.
Grind range runs from Turkish fine all the way out to cold brew coarse, which is the point of a shop grinder: one machine serving whatever a customer walks in wanting.
